Wood Furniture

Your wood furniture (casegoods) should have a sticker, similar to the one shown here attached to each warranty card. Please type in the SKU Number for each item. If you purchased more than one of the same item (such as 4 dining chairs), please select the appropriate quantity to the right of each SKU Number.

If you purchased more than four different items, please complete the form again until you have registered all of your items.

Upholstered Furniture

Your upholstered furniture should have a sticker similar to the one shown here attached to each piece. Please type in the frame number for each item. If you purchased more than one of the same item (such as 2 sofas), please select the appropriate quantity to the right of each frame number.
