Our Approach

We build furniture the hospitality industry can rely on — and we work with the people who specify it the way they deserve to be worked with.

We believe in customer-first principles

Everything we do is built around making the specification and procurement process easier, more reliable, and more rewarding for the people we work with.

  • You get a dedicated partner, not a transaction.
  • Your specifications are treated as commitments.
  • Lead times and timelines are communicated honestly.
  • Samples, finishes, and custom requests are handled with urgency.
  • We make the technical side easy.
  • We earn repeat business by performing, not by selling.
  • Problems get solved, not deflected.

Furniture That Is Built to Last

The foundation of every piece is kiln-dried solid hardwood, reinforced joinery, and materials chosen for how they perform over time — not just how they look on day one.

Specified with Confidence

From wood matching to finish consistency, what you draw is what gets delivered. We hold every detail to the standard you set, so installs go smoothly and results hold up to scrutiny.

Designed for the Realities of Hospitality

Guest rooms face conditions most residential furniture was never built for. Ours is.

Construction & Materials

The details that determine long-term performance.

Crafted for Confidence

Every piece is built on kiln-dried solid hardwood and reinforced joinery — so what you design is what endures. No movement, no loosening, no surprises over time.

No Compromises, Even Where You Can’t See

We hold the same standard for unexposed areas as visible ones — because long-term performance depends on what’s beneath the surface.

Premium Substrates, Predictable Results

Our substrates ensure veneers, paints, and laminates perform exactly as intended — no bubbling, no peeling, no compromise.

Finish & Aesthetic Integrity

What specifiers and designers can count on.

Consistency You Can Specify With

We carefully match wood for color and grain across every surface. The result is a cohesive, intentional look that reads exactly the way you envisioned — on install day and years later.

A Finish That Holds Up to Real Life

Our contract-grade finishes are engineered for hospitality environments — resisting wear, stains, and daily use while maintaining their richness and depth.

Luxury You Can See and Feel

From Grade 1 veneers to smooth, finished drawer interiors, every touchpoint reflects a residential level of detail — elevating the guest experience in ways that are subtle but unmistakable.

Clean, Seamless Execution

No visible fasteners. No shortcuts. Just refined construction that lets the design — not the hardware — take center stage.

Functionality & Durability

Performance that holds up to daily demands.

Built for Daily Use

Commercial-grade drawer slides, proper load ratings, and precision construction ensure everything works effortlessly — day in, day out.

Built for the Realities of Hospitality

Moisture-sealed bases, rust-resistant hardware, and durable materials mean your designs stand up to spills, humidity, and constant use without degradation.

Stability Where It Matters Most

Integrated glides and adjustable levelers ensure each piece installs cleanly, protects flooring, and remains stable — even on imperfect surfaces.

Upholstery Built for Hospitality

Comfort and durability aren't a trade-off — they're a standard.

Flame Code Compliance

Our upholstery meets California TB 117-2013 as standard. For projects requiring stricter fire performance — including healthcare-adjacent hospitality, high-rise, and public assembly spaces we can specify to CAL TB 133 and NFPA 260 Class I. Documentation is available upon request.

Specified for Contract Use

Every fabric and leather we work with meets commercial performance minimums 30,000 double rubs as a baseline, with higher performance options available for heavy-use applications like seating areas, lobbies, and food & beverage spaces.

Foam Density & ILD Ratings

Seat cushions are built with a minimum 1.8 lb. density foam core and an ILD rating of 35-40 for firm, shape-retaining support. Back cushions use a softer 25-28 ILD with fiber wrap for comfort and long-term loft retention.

COM/COL Specifications

We accept customer's open material and customer's own leather with full yardage requirement s provided at time of quote. Pattern repeat, pile direction, and fabric width are accounted for in every cut order

Responsibility & Compliance

Standards worth holding.

A Healthier Environment

Low-emission materials meet California’s strict air quality standards — supporting wellness-focused design and the brand commitments your clients are making.
